Free(ish)
Free(ish) is our way to express that this system is not exchange free. We expect people to trade us their most basic contact information for the code to this system. We aim to keep that exchange to that bare minimum for as long as possible.
We do this because:
- Communicating updates, including crucial secure systems, is important and keeps users of this system and their data safe. We need contact info to do that.
- We are a co-op working under capital; we still need to provide value and be compensated for that value. Consider hiring us for your campaign in the future.
- We foresee a time in which this system requires funding; we hope that users of this system receive enough value to one day support the system directly.
- We want our most powerful features in the hands of people who need it most. To be able to do this we need to keep the code free of corporate influence. Thus the product is Free(ish).
